This class is all about pastry! We are going to get busy making Choux Pastry for some Choux au Craquelin Buns filled with a Praline & Chocolate Cream. Then we are going to make some sweet pastry and we will be using the sweet pastry for the traditional French Fruit Tart as well as some Raspberry & Pistachio Tarts. The fruit tarts will be filled with Creme Patisserie and the Raspberry tarts with a combination of Creme Patisserie and Frangipane Cream. Lots of pastry skills will be covered in this class.
