Healthy Bread Baking Class
In this class we will be baking: Multigrain Baguettes / Rye buns / Crackers with Mixed Seeds
I like to eat bread every day and preferably a couple of times per day. I like my bread to have flavour as well as being nutritious. Hence our new Healthy Bread Baking Class. I would like to share some of my favourite recipes with you and show you just how easy it is to make some bread that not only has an amazing taste but is also really good for you. We will make some multigrain baguettes using a mixture of seeds and wholemeal flour. Then some easy-peasy rye buns that you can whip up in less time than it would take you to pop to the local bakery and finally some great tasting crackers that are a real crowd pleaser.
This is a 4 hour long class. After an introduction to bread making, we will start making the first dough. While the doughs are proving, we will discuss bread baking techniques, the kinds of flour to use for certain types of breads and how to make bread baking a part of your daily life. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
