French Croissant Class



In this class we will be baking: Croissant / Pain au Chocolat / Pain au Raisin 

The best start to my day is no doubt a warm croissant and a cafe latte – preferably in a cute Parisian cafe. Making your own croissants at home can seem daunting, but once you succeed there is no turning back to the things you can buy at the bakery.
I’m therefore thrilled that we are now offering a class at the Lab that will teach you how to make croissants at home.
During this class you will make your own laminated croissant dough – and realise how much butter actually goes in to making these delicious treats!. You will learn how to make the traditional croissants as well as Pain au Chocolat and Pain au Raisin.
This is a 4 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. A great class for anyone who wants to master croissants. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
