Culinary Holiday in Tuscany
Villa Boccella, Tuscany 30th April - 5th May 2017
Want to learn how to cook traditional Italian dishes and bake breads in a wood fired oven? Then join us for a cooking adventure in the beautiful Villa Boccella.
During this Tuscan holiday we will teach you how to cook up a traditional 4 course Italian dinner with antipasto, pasta, main course and dessert. In the traditional wood fired oven we will be baking breads such as Focaccia, Ciabatta and Pizza to accompany the meals. We will bake breads, pastries and Italian cookies as well as some seasonal Italian dishes. No Italian cooking holiday is complete without a pasta making session. During this session we will teach you how to roll out the pasta by machine. We will make some mouth watering fillings for the ravioli and tortellini. All pastas will be matched with seasonal sauces.
