In this class we will be baking: Vanilla whoopies / Chocolate whoopies / 3 fillings: chocolate, berries and nuts
Cupcakes are so 2010 – the new cake on the block is the Whoopie pie! If you want to be in with the cool cake crowd, then come along and learn how to make these tasty little treats. We will make 2 different kinds of batters and a range of different fillings to fill these beauties up with. This is a 3 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. During this session we will talk about what makes a good sponge as well as other tips and tricks on how to make yummy tasting cakes that are light and fluffy.
