Booking and Cancellation Policy 

The classes at the Baking Lab are non-refundable. If you can’t make it to a class, please let us know straight away. We will do our best to find a replacement, and if we do, we will give you a full refund for the class. Alternatively you are more than welcome to send a friend in your place.

If a class is cancelled at the Baking Lab, we will call you as soon as possible to let you know. A refund for the course will then be issued.

Purchasing gift certificate

You can buy gift vouchers for baking classes online at our website or over the phone. They are easy to redeem and are valid for 6 months after purchase. Once you have purchased the gift certificate we will email it to you in a pdf that you can print and give it to the lucky person. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
