French Pastry Class - taught by Pino Ficara (our Paris-based pastry expert)
In this class we will be baking: Praline Mille Feuille (Napoleon Pastry) / Chocolate Eclair / Madeleine / Creme Brulee
French pastries are world renowned, and with good reason. I’m sure I am not the only one caught drooling over all the incredible creations they have on offer in bakeries across Paris. The sheer beauty and delicateness leaves me gob-smocked and full of admiration for the pastry chef who creates these small treats of deliciousness. I’m therefore thrilled that we are now offering a class at the Lab that will teach you how to make these treats at home!
This class is taught by professional pastry chef – Pino Ficara – directly imported from Paris, where he teaches daily classes on the art of French pastries.
This is a 4 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. A great class for anyone who wants to master pastry. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
