In this class we will be baking: Carrot cake with a lime icing / Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache

Want to learn how to bake the perfect Carrot cake and Chocolate cake? Then come along to this class, where I will teach you how to make a moist delicious carrot cake with a creamy lime frosting and a chocolatey chocolate cake with a ganache that would pass the mother-in-law test with flying colours!

This is a 3 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. During this session we will talk about what makes a good sponge as well as other tips and tricks on how to make good tasting cakes that are light and fluffy. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
